🚨 Community Alert – Burglary of Tools from Vehicles and Premises 🚨

We have received reports of tools being stolen from properties in the local area THE GROVE NW9 - 2 premisses have been targeted on 03/07/2026.

Please remain vigilant and consider the following crime prevention advice:

🔒 Protect Your Tools

Remove tools from vehicles overnight whenever possible.

Store valuable tools in a secure building or locked cabinet.

Mark and register tools using a property marking scheme.

Keep an up-to-date inventory, including serial numbers and photographs.

🚐 Vehicle Security

Park in well-lit, secure areas where possible.

Ensure vehicles are locked and alarms are activated.

Fit additional security such as deadlocks, slam locks, or tool safes.

Avoid leaving tools visible inside vehicles.

🏠 Home and Business Security

Secure sheds, garages, and outbuildings with quality locks.

Install CCTV, motion-activated lighting, or security alarms where possible.

Check gates, doors, and windows are locked when unattended.
